![]() ![]() ![]() The hotel does also have a spa with an indoor pool, which would have been lovely to visit but unfortunately I couldn't comment on this as under 16 are not allowed. Another added bonus about this hotel is the free shuttle to Disney, which is on request so no waiting around, and literally takes no more than 5 mins - you can see Disneyland from the hotel! This was a massive help with a baby as we stayed for the last show which didn't finish until gone 10pm, so we just wanted to get back to our room ASAP and the shuttle was there waiting. The hotel is literally a 2 minute walk max from the RER station (come out and turn left & hotel is at the top of the road on the corner) and the large shopping centre. We didnt have a tin opener but once again, a quick call to reception and that was sorted :-) Free wifi worked well in our room on the 2nd floor. The kitchenette area was an added bonus as we could prep bottles as well as make a packed lunch for our day at Disney. The rooms were clean and there was room for our daughter to have a crawl/walk/play. There wasn't a cot in the room when we arrived but a quick call down to reception and it was bought up immediately. We were 2 adults staying with a nearly 1 year old and everything was catered for. We stayed here for 2 nights and were so glad we did! I was choosing between 3 hotels in Val D'Europe and went with this one as it was the cheapest ( 2 nights for £108) but you wouldn't know it! Everything about it was lovely - from the entrance to the hotel, to the helpful & friendly staff to the modern and equipped rooms. Will we go back, definitely as out of the three stays we have had in the area this year this is the best by a long way. I'm not expecting to cook a banquet but I do expect to cook otherwise I would stop in a normal hotel. Not really acceptable for a self catering apartment. The second was that there was only one sauce pan to cook with. This made it nearly impossible to wash properly. The shower had incredibly poor flow rate, so poor that when held vertically instead of the water coming straight out, it trickled downwards. The free wifi was easy to connect to and was also faster than the fibre broadband we have at home. The terrace was great and got the children very excited as we could see the parks from it, even the fireworks. The entrance is on the Rue de Grands Pres. The room was very clean and was also serviced daily, although do note that this was still happening when we returned from Disney at 1900 in the evening! The underground car park is 10 euros per night but is very secure and avoids the need to find an on street parking place. If you are travelling as a family it would be worth while getting two cards as it is also needed to operate the room lights. A room card is needed to operate the lift as well as the room door. The hotel is very security concious which is reassuring. Upon arrival the welcome was warm and we received a complimentary upgrade on the room to Executive Junior Suite (Thank You). The check in process was efficient and friendly. ![]() The entrance to reception is on the Avenue Herge. You need to park on the roadside before you check in. ![]()
